Recommending places to eat is a risky business, but Rock and Wadebridge and Padstow have dozens of places to tempt the visitor. From Rock, we like to walk down to the Sailing Club - members only - to eat and meet with friends, or walk along to the Rock Inn and go upstairs for a pub lunch overlooking the sea and the ferry.

However, for the visitor there are at least 10 places to eat in Rock alone - depending upon your tastes and your budget.
